Presupposto del Contributo è il pernottamento di persone (non residenti nel territorio di Roma Capitale) nelle strutture ricettive alberghiere ed extra alberghiere, negli alloggi per uso turistico individuati dalla normativa regionale in materia di turismo, nonché negli altri immobili destinati alla locazione breve, situati nel territorio di Roma Capitale. Soggetto passivo del Contributo di soggiorno è chi (non residente) pernotta nelle strutture sopra indicate, situate nel territorio di Roma Capitale. Il Contributo di soggiorno è applicato per persona sulla base delle tariffe e del numero dei pernottamenti indicati nella Tabella, Allegato A, del Regolamento vigente nell’anno di riferimento, fermi restando i casi di esenzione dal pagamento del Contributo previsti dal Regolamento vigente.
